Whitney Nash, CES® is the President & CEO of Above & Below 1031 LLC, a Qualified Intermediary firm headquartered in McKinney, TX, providing 1031 Exchange services throughout North Texas and all 50 states. As a Certified Exchange Specialist®, Whitney helps clients navigate the rules and regulations of IRC Section 1031, working closely with real estate agents and brokers, title companies, attorneys, and CPAs throughout the exchange process to help clients defer — or potentially eliminate — taxes upon the sale of investment property.


Above & Below 1031 is built on the philosophy that extraordinary deals deserve extraordinary care, offering clients the resources of a large firm with the agility and personal attention of a boutique practice. In addition to her client work, Whitney teaches a 1031 exchange class locally, educating industry professionals and prospective clients on the exchange process, compliance requirements, and common pitfalls to avoid.


Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Eastern Michigan University and earned her Certified Exchange Specialist® (CES®) designation from the Federation of Exchange Accommodators.
